안녕하세요, 해외송금 서비스 +>CROSS 입니다.

해외 송금 관련 법률 규정이 강화됨에 따라 해외 번호로 가입한 계정의 송금 서비스 이용이 곧 중단됨을 알려드립니다.

이에 해외 번호로 가입하신 고객님들께서는 가입한 계정의 번호를 한국 번호(+82)로 변경 부탁드립니다.

* 한국에서 현재 사용 중인 휴대폰으로만 변경 가능한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

[휴대폰 번호 변경 방법]

CROSS 앱 로그인 -> 내 정보 -> 보안설정 -> 인증초기화 -> '1. 휴대폰 인증' 변경

(휴대폰 번호 변경 후 신분증&계좌 인증도 다시 해주셔야 합니다.)

[번호 변경 기한]

2020년 8월 28일까지 (한국시간기준)

* 안내된 날짜까지 국내 번호로 변경하지 않을 시 계정이 비활성화처리 됩니다.

[Overseas Phone Number Adjustment Notice]

Greetings from Cross!

In accordance to the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, our service will only be available to members who are using Korean phone number (+82).

If you are currently using an overseas phone number, we strongly suggest you to immediately change your phone number to Korean number (+82).

*The number must be an active one.

[Phone number change guide] 

Login to the Cross app -> My Info -> Verification -> Reset -> '1. Mobile Verification' then click 'Change'.

(You will need to re-verified your Bank Account and ID Document after the phone number change)

[Adjustment Period]

Up until August 28,2020 (Korean time)

*Your account will be blocked if by the time you still haven't changed you number.

*Please contact our customer service for more guidance (1670-2624) or in-app customer service channel.
